The R170 Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class is the first generation of the Mercedes-Benz SLK-Class range of compact luxury roadsters produced by Mercedes-Benz between 1996 and 2004.

SLK stands for the company’s design mission to create a sportlich (sporty), leicht (light) and kurz (compact) roadster and is based on a shortened platform of the W202 Mercedes C-Class.

Our model in the color combination silver/black incl. the rare designo interior is a German specimen with only 115,000km on the clock. The vehicle was moved by the last owner, who works at Daimler and maintained the car extremely meticulous, as a fair weather vehicle, which is why a comparatively low mileage compared to the previous owner can be seen.

The SLK 32 AMG was introduced in 2001 and was meant to compete with the BMW M Roadster and the Porsche Boxster S. The car had the same M112 engine as the SLK 320, but featured a twin-screw supercharger and a water-to-air intercooler.

Furthermore the car features an edgier steering wheel, AMG instrument dials, updated front and rear bumpers with larger air intakes, and larger brakes; updated from 300 mm (12 inches), to 334 mm (13 inches) in diameter.

The Production of the SLK 32 began in January 2001 and ended in March 2004. A total of 4,333 vehicles were produced; 979 were sold in Germany which makes this car today super rare.

The SLK AMG comes from a small collection and is located near Osnabrueck. Test drives and inspections can be arranged by appointment.
