Our offered Rolls-Royce New Silver Spur Turbo represents the final and ultimate evolution of the legendary Crewe-built Silver Spur lineage. Delivered in November 1996 and belonging to the fourth and final generation of the Silver Spur series, this example carries a particularly unique place within Rolls-Royce history. Not only was this car originally supplied in European specification through Rolls-Royce Motor Cars St. Prex in Switzerland, but more importantly:

This exact Silver Spur served as the official Rolls-Royce display vehicle at the 1997 Geneva Motor Show (Palexpo Genève). The corresponding Rolls-Royce documentation, order sheets and written history remain part of the vehicle file today.

Following its Geneva Motor Show appearance in March 1997, the car was subsequently delivered new to Rolls-Royce Motor Cars Marbella in Spain, where it spent much of its life in a climate highly favourable to preservation. The result is a remarkably well-kept body condition that immediately reflects careful ownership and ideal environmental circumstances.

Finished in the elegant and exceptionally timeless combination of: Exterior: Midnight Blue, Interior: Sandstone Hide this New Silver Spur Turbo embodies everything enthusiasts appreciate about the final Crewe-built Rolls-Royce saloons. Most importantly, it represents both the first and final Rolls-Royce generation equipped with the legendary 6.75-litre Rolls-Royce light-pressure turbocharged V8 of the new generation, entirely developed and built in Crewe before BMW powerplants entered production with the Silver Seraph from 1998 onwards.

For many collectors, these late Crewe-built turbocharged Rolls-Royce models represent the final chapter of traditional Rolls-Royce engineering philosophy.

Unlike many collector examples that disappear into climate-controlled garages, this Silver Spur presents itself exactly how a Rolls-Royce should: Maintained, preserved and ready to be enjoyed.

It combines remarkable provenance with usability and represents an increasingly rare opportunity to acquire one of the final true Crewe-built turbocharged Rolls-Royce saloons before a new era began. A car not only built to transport. But to arrive.
