The Lamborghini we offer is a rare Lamborghini Jalpa 3.5, with Swiss first delivery in the colour combination red/beige. It was the successor model to the very rare Lamborghini Silhouette, on which it was technically based.

The Jalpa was bought in 2015 from a former Swiss Lamborghini dealer. Due to its advanced age, he had to part with his collection and was the only previous owner of the Jalpa. Conceptually, the Jalpa 3500 goes back to the Lamborghini Urraco, which was introduced in 1970. The Jalpa was technically more sophisticated than its predecessors. It is described in the literature as "the car that the Urraco should have been from the beginning".

Due to a blown cylinder head gasket, the engine was disassembled and rebuilt by a specialist workshop. Invoices, receipts and pictures are available. This also included various other parts such as the crankshaft, fuel pump, alternator, clutch & Co.

Since the overhaul the engine runs perfectly and according to our estimation it is one of the best Jalpa engines worldwide. Driving over 200km/h with the roof down is no obstacle for this bull. Since the revision, the car has been driven about 5,000 KM. Among other things, the owner drove it a lot within Europe towards Scandinavia and Italy.  

The total of 410 Jalpas built all come from a time of deepest crisis at Lamborghini. The workmanship and product quality were "manageable". But that is also what makes the Jalpa so attractive. It is very, very rare and there are very few really roadworthy and driven Jalpas in Europe. In our eyes, this is exactly one of them.

Apart from that, the car has never been restored, which can be seen everywhere. But the nice thing is that the car has been developed by the current owner into a car you can drive. Anyone can own a Jalpa. But not everyone can drive it.
