Our offered 1970 Dodge Challenger T/A represents one of the most iconic chapters of the American muscle car era. A time when motorsport directly influenced road cars and manufacturers created machines that continue to define performance culture more than five decades later.

Models such as the Boss 302 Mustang, Camaro Z/28, AAR ’Cuda and Challenger T/A became legends for a reason. Built to support manufacturers’ Trans-Am racing ambitions, these cars combined unmistakable styling with genuine performance credentials.

Presented in its factory colour combination of Dark Green Metallic with black T/A side striping and matching interior, this Challenger T/A embodies exactly what made the golden era of American performance so memorable.

The legendary 340 cubic inch Six Pack V8 pairs beautifully with the 4-speed manual gearbox and the comparatively lightweight E-Body platform, delivering exactly the raw and engaging driving experience that made the muscle car era unforgettable.

The gearbox operates precisely the way it should, the engine delivers strong pulling power throughout the rev range and after only a few miles behind the wheel, it becomes easy to forget that you are driving an automobile now more than 55 years old.

As every true MOPAR enthusiast knows: It was never only about horsepower. It was equally about presence. About attitude. And about creating something unforgettable even while standing still.

Following an extensive rotisserie restoration, the vehicle presents itself today in exceptional condition. The Challenger has even received recognition at various events following restoration, including honours at the Willistead Classic Concours d’Elegance. At the same time, careful attention was paid to preserving authenticity rather than creating an over-restored showpiece. Small signs of age and subtle patina remain visible in selected areas (including parts of the rear spoiler), underlining the honest and authentic character of the vehicle.

The car features its original matching numbers drivetrain and represents one of the rare opportunities to acquire a highly collectible Trans-Am homologation-era E-Body Mopar.

According to the current owner, this is currently the only example of this specification offered publicly in Germany.
